Yamna Siddiqui
Yamna is an immunology research scientist at Yale and a medical student with the goal of working in the United Nations. She founded DisDos in 2023. As the President, she organizes and hosts the conferences, manages the social media accounts and promotion, designed and manages the website, and oversees all other logistics of DisDos.
The hosting organizations of DisDos 2023 are the American Society for Microbiology and Student Organ Donation Advocates Student Chapters at Quinnipiac University.

Taha Siddiqui
Taha is a medical student and a former member of the Program Model Workstream in the Yale Y2Y New Haven Homeless Shelter. He is a pharmacy tech in West Virginia and founded DisDos in 2023 with Yamna with the goal of becoming a United Nations physician-scientist. He oversees logistics and management of DisDos.
The hosting organizations of DisDos 2023 are the American Society for Microbiology and Student Organ Donation Advocates Student Chapters at Quinnipiac University.

Founder and President of DisDos
Dr. Uzma Moin, M.B.B.S., MPH
Dr. Moin is an inspirational medical leader and general practitioner with skills in gynecology/obstetrics, emergency medicine, aviation medicine, and epidemiology with 27+ years of experience in medicine. She is a quadrilingual female role model for several individuals and families across the globe and utilized her experience and skills to promote a high-quality learning environment at the conference. By contributing to creating specific DisDos objectives and assisting in recruiting speakers, Dr. Moin provided incredible medical insight to ensure the presentation content and format of the agenda of DisDos were meaningful to the audience members. She also provided exceptional contribution towards designing the call for proposals, budget, promotional campaign, and others.

Faculty Support and Representative
Dr. Shawna Reed, Ph.D.
Dr. Reed organized and hosted the Biomedical Sciences Career Panel as well as greatly helped in inviting professors and students to DisDos. She also assisted in managing the logistics including speaker gifts, the structure of the agenda, communication with the attendees and speakers, the language of the abstract submission form, and others.

Vincent Contrucci provided funds and purchased several resources for DisDos, assisted in organizing the agenda, making reservations with Facilities, helping in confirming catering arrangements with Quinnipiac University Chartwells, providing insight on promoting DisDos, setting up meetings with the steering committee members, and others.
